Friends & Fellows

On Saturday, Impulse Festival invites colleagues from near and far to Bochum for exchange and co-working. FESTIVALFRIENDS are holding an open networking meeting, while artFAQ from Zurich is providing space for knowledge transfer on production and project management.

From 1.30 pm, both networks will come together for a joint lunch. Artists and interested guests are very welcome.

Following this, at 3.00 pm, we invite everyone to the launch of the discussion series “Räume halten” (Holding Spaces), entitled “Monsters and Politics”.

Festivals of the independent performing arts are key sources of innovation. They raise the profile of artists and provide impetus for the scene and cultural policy. The FESTIVALFRIENDS festival network brings together regional perspectives, promotes exchange between festival creators and connects them across Germany within the independent performing arts sector.

aartFAQ is a production platform for dance, theatre and performance in the Zurich region and a network for production managers, producers, artists and strategists. The initiative brings together expertise on topics relating to production and project management and supports the independent arts scene through a range of services.
